I just watched the gaffers press conference, I really enjoyed it, I thought he spoke really well, also what windass said is spot on, he said he would be worried if we were playing to our best and not winning, but we're not at our best yet, imo our squad is tailor made for a 4-2-3-1,but it's up to the manager, I firmly believe we will come good, I've said on here for a while that it's going to take time, the negative comments at the minute are crazy, get behind the team guys, it's very early days, I promise we will come good. keep the faith. r. t. i. d.

Even that formation away from home against the so called bigger teams would be a start Delboy good post mate. I'm one of the ones criticising right now but it's more to do with some team selections recently than the grand scheme of things. We do have the squad and management to turn this around, hopefully a good result against county at the weekend can be a catalyst, we need to see a team going full pelt for 90 mins to repay the fans for last week.

Delboy a have been saying for wks that with the attacking players in midfield and out wide that we have that 4231 is only way to go. Also with the rubbish defence we need to players sitting and protecting defence.

Waggy or garner or miller lone striker who can easily link up with the 3 behind!

How hard is it to see this, also more compact at back harder to break down, and pace that can drive from deeper at other teams get the defenders turning harder too mark these guys as the 3 sit between other teams mid and def so makes it harder for them, that is what selik done too us and look what happened!

Good post Delboy9, we just have to be patient, as I've said before get rid of Ashley and get one or two investments and we will be fine, we have came along way
without serious investment and when the money from strips sponsorship comes in we can start building .
Don't expect 4/ 5 million pound players but would love to
see what MW does do when he gets cash to use .
Think personally he has done fantastic with the resources he has had .
And for all the ones who say we haven't spent, do your homework .

Yes delboy, very well written post mate as I said some of the same stuff as yourself several days ago, some continually on here at the first sign of trouble want the manager out, no chance let's wait and give warbs and weir the time imo they deserve especially the scale of the job they have, these so called rangers fans know who they are.

I've got to disagree warbs15,why say so called rangers fans? Do u think because we are criticising we are less of a fan than u? That's a bit patronising if they play well they take the praise so surely for how bad they've been they deserve some criticism we can't always pretend everything's all rosy when it clearly isnt.

Bigblue ayr, I didn't mean to cause offence mate so point taken on that score but you've got to admit that some on here go WAY over the top at the first sign of adverse results, all I'm saying is give our management team and the new players time to gel and then we can judge them at the end of the season, some fans are impatient and pre judge way too early, let's get behind our club and back them to the hilt and see where it takes us.
