When the squad of players is as poor as we have, lacking in skill and commitment and a mixture of square pegs for round holes then it is difficult to see how we can change things! The people that might make a difference in midfield are all injured! Our defence is poor and has been all season. We need a commanding centre back that can also captain the team and lead them, that is not likely to happen any time soon. Our midfield is non existent and our forwards couldn't score in a brothel!
