I don't see how a potential try for berahino deal is all that hard to believe, 500k compensation fee plus I'd assume around 30k a week wages (Barton's wage would take up majority of that with other players leaving MOH Gilks etc) .

Would actually be a quality signing I think he would score for fun and if he finds form we could make a small fortune off of him.

Berahino is so far out of the budget range that it is comical.

Anyway, his attitude is questionable at best.

I saw him in pre season game against Plymouth Argyle and he was was dreadful.

If we were able and at the moment its a big if, to spend that sort of money, we could do better with the money than him.

Speaking of Plymouth, we could do worse than make an attempt to sign Craig Tanner who is on loan there until the end of the month. He is a Reading player (not sure of his length of contract) . He made a difference when he came on at Anfield this afternoon and has has a good season so far. He would definitely be an asset at Ibrox, in my opinion better than MOH.

Berahino is only on around 20 grand per week at his current club. He has had major fall out with club owners because of them scuppering his big move to spurs. That's why he's knocked back a new contract with them. I hope he does come to rangers on a pre contract deal and says a big egg you to those owners as they would get roughly 19.5m less for him than what spurs offered back then as we would only have to pay development fee.
I doubt it would happen but, to suggest we couldn't afford him is a load of bull, Barton was on 20k a week or so I'm lead to believe.
So why not? There is a real possibility that he could end up playing in Europe next season with rangers, that would allow him to showcase his talent at European level.

makes perfect sense aswell mate 30 bgrand a week and then after one season we could be selling him at his value rate of 22 million well that is good business and a no brainer for the money men.
saying that it sounds too good to be true so it normally is too good to be true. fingers crossed though
