Everton's youth policy is exceptional, shame that we haven't had a Youth Policy for years thanks to McCoist and McDowall! Still, we are knowing seeing where our problems lie, crap defenders and a crap so called Holding midfield player! When the best you have are guys like Halliday and Holt what hope is there!

I actually think Holt is a decent wee player, young with potential. he's surrounded by numpties!

McCoist and McDowell have nothing to do with the youth decline. Our circumstances have seen to that. Even when our training park was put together under Advocaat it failed to produce talent for a long time!

We've had a few out of that but nowhere near what should be coming!
