I think enough is enough as far as some of this Rangers team is concerned. I always like to try and be positive but I really think that Wednesday was a step too far for the likes of Kiernan, Halliday and Tavernier. I feel a bit sorry for Halliday as he is a decent player being played out of position.

His main problem is that he is far too casual on the ball as well as lightweight - even the slightest of opposing players can quite easily brush him off the ball. I think the 3 players above will benefit from being taken out of the firing line and hopefully it would allow them the chance to stake a claim to get back in.

Serious competition is required. Assuming Rossiter and Wilson are still injured I would go with a line up of Foderingham, Hodson, Bates, Hill, Wallace, Toral, Hyndman, Forrester, McKay, Waghorn and Miller. I'd give the young lad Bates a start to be guided through his debut by an old head and provide a little pace. Toral looks a tidy player who can pass the ball.

I'd have him in front of the defence. I'd play Forrester and McKay on the wings and changing sides at times with the wonderkid Hyndman in the attacking mid role. Waggy and Miller would play up top. This won't happen though as MW will not play a 4 1 3 2. Subs would include wee Holt, Windass, Dodoo.

This team is full of pace up front with a blend of youth and experience. We can but hope. BTW I think Harry Forrester can count himself very unlucky not to be playing. He's very much a confidence player.

Seeker, Halliday's problem is that he's mince. I reckon he could be equally as bad in a number of positions.

Toral was the worst player on the park on Wednesday.

Kiernan was the worst player on the park on Wednesday closely followed by Halliday and Tavernier. Toral did nothing but at least he didn't cost us any goals.

Seeker, I like your team, particularly Bates getting a run. Not sure MW will be as radical as that but let's see

Warburton has already said he won't be making major changes for today's game, well that says it all for me, he's just not will to drop certain players, how the hell will we find out if certain players are any good if they never get a chance
