Shocked to hear the news warburton and staff are away. Honestly thought decision would have been made at end of the season as to whether he would stay or go. Surprised weir has gone too with him being a rangers man. Obviously more going on behind the scenes than we are led to believe. Hopefully some transparency over the next couple of days. So who's going to take the poisoned chalice? I can only think of one person who would consider taking the post and that being McIness. Whether he would be a success? Who knows. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Thoughts fellow bears!

I think we will struggle to poach another teams manager at this time in the season.
