I think Mark Wotte for the director of football and Frank de Boer as manager thoughts on this?

Maybe a good shout, but wasn't Wotte not complaining about the development of young Scottish players and the lack of talent breaking through? Hence him leaving his post with SFA?
Now, I'm not saying there's a lack of young talent at Murray park/ Ibrox, but over recent years they've been struggling to break through, or simply not given a chance, so I doubt he'd want the gig!
