I see WARBS has released a statement, nothing on that statement saying he didn't approach Nottingham. he says he didn't resign, but it would certainly seem he did look for alternative work, otherwise his approach would be a whole lot different to what it is.

Not entirely convinced Murty is the short term answer either, I hope he is.

Surely he owes the fans some answers before he can demand answers himself!

Even if he said he spoke with with Forest then that doesn't mean he resigned does it?

They must be banking on their agent having made the resignation offer verbally, rather than it being written and submitted? Who knows?

The problem here will be how many people witnessed the agents offer and was it via a one to one phone call, or was it in person in front of a group? This hasn't been explained. There isn't this much smoke without fire, and there are too many glaring coincidences in conjunction with the Notts Forest job being available at this time.

The way I see it is, I wouldn't sound out my boss about going for an interview for another job, compromising my present employment, then tell them that I've been unsuccessful…so I'm just going to continue on until something else comes up. Sorry, this isn't about MW, DW and FM's careers, it's about Rangers and getting the best value for their money from employee's of the club. None of us would get away with this behaviour in our employment. They are playing daft, hoping for a payout when they were not 100% committed to the role.

Since MW appeared he has brought in 3rd rate English players all the while downplaying/ down valuing the Scottish Premiership due to us living in the shadow of the EPL. I can't hold it against him for having ambition to manage there one day, but these players were never fit to pull on the light blue jersey. Better value for money would have been found in Europe looking for talent than inflating the already inflated coffers down south.

We've been looking for answers since King took over. Just a series of Traynor press releases. What chance has MW got in getting getting truth, when supporters are led up the garden path. We've no Manager but we a WOW factor DoF. Come on let's get real.

I think that in Scotland a verbal contract or offer counts as an agreement. Not sure though, however, if there is proof that there was a verbal agreement then he would still be gone. Regardless, this is going to rumble on. Cannot wait for the day that we make back pages rather than front ones.

Correct spoc, but it has to be ratified. In a one to one discussion you would require a witness to verify, an acceptance by the other party, a confirmation letter to the other party that is ignored, a taped recording or a minuted transcript.

Does approaching another club about possible employment without rangers permission amount to breach of contract?
I certainly hope rangers have not cooked this one up. Am I hell renewing my season ticket year on year for directors to make Diddy decisions that we end up having to pay for.
Something stinks about this whole situation and I just hope rangers haven't screwed up.

Josh windass will be a top player as will some of the others he has signed. It's his system that's failed up here.
