I was Coached many years ago by Billy Davies at junior and Amatuer level .
The guy was brilliant, had a totally different approach and as other guys have said did not mess about .
Coaching was structured, well though out and varied,
It was relevant to the last game or next game . Thorough and well prepared
.
I think he would give this rabble a good shake and possibly get the best out of what's there .

To Oa I totally agree with you.
I used to sit at reserve games at Ibrox in the company of Billy Davies, Big Jim Stewart Alex Totten ect.
When his brother John was in reserve side.
So my point is he is first and foremost and true Rangers man that there is no doubt.
Studies the game well and has always willing to learn and adapt.
Will he get a shot at Ibrox I am not sure but the man himself is a class act.

I was at training when he taught Kenny McDowell how to coach and he showed Craig Mulholland along with Alan Boyd and a good few more .
Nobody's mug!
Not saying Gers manager, but will turn Murray Park on its head if. Given a coaching role .

Billy love or hate him would demand passion at least, would not tolerate fools on the park or sniggering on the bench! Which by the way shows a complete lack of respect let alone professionalism. The guy is available why not offer him the chance to end of season see how it goes as I don't think current board really know who they want
