With regard to a good scouting system, the Board could do a lot worse than contact our ex players to request them to advise if their is a good young player in their region. e. g. Nueman etc (Holland), Albertz/ Klos (Germany), Amarusso/ Gattuso (Italy), Prso (Croatia), Buffal (Belgium) to name a few. The financial side is not my forte. After all some did receive vast sighning on fees (EBTs) . Admittedly the young ones would probably want to stay in their country and play for their top teams - but you never know.

They've already utilised former players abroad for advice, but Warburton put a stop to it. That much I do know. And by the way, Bufoon65, EBTs were legal.

yes let's talk EBT'S again how interesting that is! not we took the piss with the EBT'S and old co will be punished for it but i still don't agree that is right as they where as we all know legal at the time.

its like saying drinking is illegal then arresting someone for drinking a week before it was outlawed.

im not the most financial minded man but sound like a witch hunt to me
