I realise he's probably well out of our league, but Lassana Diarra has recently been released by Marseille. Exactly the type of player we need, probably wasn't on huge wages at Marseille and because he's been released might take a drop in wages to get back playing again. Don't know his situation but was a cracking defensive midfielder a few years ago and has been in France squads recently.

He's off to china, he wasn't released by Marseille for any old reason, he is desperate for a big payday so went on strike.

Fair enough only show. Didn't see anything about him going to China but that makes sense.
