Should murty not be offered the job if we beat them!?

Not really convinced with this new portugeus manager - not an impressive cv at all but like all managers i will give him time!

Murty has handled himself well. He is by his own admission out of his depth. He deserves full credit and those who have agreed to your post for him being sacked if we get beat are an absolute disgrace.
