I think one lad we should definitely be looking at in the summer is Ally Crawford. We could get him more or less for nothing. Especially if hamilton go down. Also John Mcginn from Hibs. Two of the best young midfielders currently in the Scottish game although, I wouldn't be totally suprised if Mcginn is snapped up by the village people

I don't understand why Crawford has been overlooked by everyone the past few seasons. Really tidy player. Always turns up against us. Makes me think there's something more to it, doesn't train well, bad attitude or something. McGinn can chase himself m. No chance

Why? Because his name is John Mcginn and a Celtic fan or plays for Hibs. He is one of the best young midfielders in our country. I call on anybody here to deny that statement. If we are to get back to the top then we need a proper balance of the best of Scottish and foreign gems. Off hand I cannot think of a better young scottish midfielder currently in our team.

Would rather have Kenny McLean than John McGinn. How McGinn gets a Scotland call up baffles me. He is mediocre.

Neither are good enough, a lot of hibs fans don't even rate mcginn he look out his depths at that level never mind the spl. He can't pass or shoot, he runs around fouling folk and getting book for his lip. Should never ever be in the Scotland squad.

Cummings and stevie millan would be much better signings.

Well the man who picks our national team thinks different and I agree with him on that one. One eyebrow lol we don't need Celtic minded. I never said we did. I will say we need good players and he is better than anything we have. His eyebrow is inexcusable though fair enough. No to John McGinn. NEXT.

I work with John's sister and got her to ask him if he would come to Rangers. He said not a chance. I do like him as a player and think he can have a bright future in the Scotland squad but he needs to move away from Hibs imo and his attitude towards that question will hold him back in his career and shows a lack of ambition. Can't see celtic going for him so if he wanted to move up a level rangers would be his best option and yet he has no interest. Off down south to be lost in the wilderness of mediocrity of the English football it is then!

Ped you're right, it's mostly because he plays for Hibs and supports Celtic. There's better out there and we don't need to stoop to that IMO. Maybe I'm being petty. I'm one of the few who still holds a grudge against KM. I know I'll prob get slated but sorry I can't help it.

Regarding Ali Crawford, he's definitely good enough. I've been watching him closely for a few years and with a higher quality player around him, he'd be class for us. Just look at Armstrong for them.

McGinn would be our best midfielder but he would never play for us, and that's coming from his dad. He hates Rangers and if he is good enough for us then he is good enough to go somewhere else which he will eventually do.

Crawford is the opposite. I don't know him or anything like that, not even a bit. But I know he's a rangers man and desperate to play for us. Low price, low risk, possible high return. Good enough to be like Naisy.

He is no good, that's why he's still at hibs. Chesney only gives him Scotland call ups because of his grandfather. He looks poor in the championship, he's not even as good as Halliday.

As I said before, Warburton's legacy seems to be that the fans will now accept mediocrity as the norm. I'm sure both of these average journeymen will be somewhere near the very bottom of PC's list of potential transfers if they make it there at all.
