Charlie Adam and George Boyd are free at the end of the season. I recon them two could come in and do a good job?

They would add two things quality on the pitch but also about 100,000 a week to the wage bill. Adam went to Liverpool in a big contract and I'm sure he didn't go to Stoke on a smaller wage. Boyd has played just about every week for his team, do you really think he'll be looking to move away from Burnley to play in our GASH league. Time to get real folks these ain't the type of guys we'll be going for

Boyd knocked us back a few years ago and Adam still thinks he's Zico with his 50 yard passes. Couldn't afford them anyway.

Thing is we need to gamble a bit and get 1 or 2 a bit higher level than we have, and make it more a bout quality than quantity.

We do need quality but preferably not coming to the end of there careers like those 2. We need to be signing players with potential sell on value. No more Barton's and Senderos's please

they are not quality players imo
they play in the epl doesn't mean anything there are loads of bang average players in that league
