I know there's already a few posts on here regarding this but i'm hearing a bit of talk about Caixinha and what i'm hearing isn't great. there's a serious problem with communication the players can't quite understand his training techniques and a fair few are far from happy currently with his methods, just hope its just a teething problem and all gets sorted and we can get playing some quality football.

The reason they can't understand is that most of them are bungalows. nothing upstairs!

Too many have had it to easy. my best mates cousin played for Rangers as a young boy in 2005/ 06 season and was a youth player previous to that and played under Bomber and absolutley hated him as he was to hard on the young 1s which prob explains why the player i'm referring to never made it. i'm sure you could guess who i'm talking about

I would say it's abit late In the season too have players training everyday but it's obviously how they do it on the continent need too give the guy a chance too get his idea and methods in place.

But it's also starting too get a little too much like the le guen carry on I still too this day believe he was shunned too soon so I hope the same doesn't happen too Pedro let him fail on his own not because some two. It half wit footballers don't like working hard for there thousands of pounds a week.

Bunch of ladyboys should try and get a normal job for rubbish money then they will man up and take it on there spoilt chins.

Obviously I don't know if it's true about players struggling with Caixinha's methods or not but in the last 2 games our relatively poor performances have not been down to poor tactics but the same inconsistent players and the same in abilities to defend cross balls properly, the same lack of strength and creativity in midfield and the same chronic inability to finish off the chances we do create that we've shown all season. Unfortunately although Pedro talks well he can't work miracles, as the saying goes" you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear" and I think we will see much of the same till the end of the season. Let's hope he can get rid of some of the chronic underperformers (Kiernan, Senderos, Halliday etc. ), get Rossi ter and Kranjcar fully fit, give some of the youngsters a real chance and bring in several of his own choices (at least 4 or5) then we' ll see whether Pedro has what it takes or not.

Every single player is playing for their rangers future, I doubt very many of them will ever get as big a move as our club so they are under pressure and maybe they just don't have the balls for it.

Although I've heard some of the players are loving it. Senderos stays behind after every session with some of the younger boys and does training exercises with them.
