Lets put this in perspective. I get paid about £5,000-£10,000 a week. Am told I will work till Iam between 34-38. I get a set dated 4 weeks holiday a year while other weekly days off to enjoy family life or golf. I then have a very poor performance of a year and iam told that my 4 week holiday will be cut to 9 days to make sure I improve for the next year coming.
Do I
a) agree as its obvious I am underperforming.
b) take a strop like a 10 year old child
or c) go out into the big bad world and get paid minimum wage?
Yes that's right choose b and then i should be forced to accept c.
i understand certain players have weddings but i am sure agreements could be met on those fronts.
You may disagree but I think its shocking

You can't cut anyone's holidays, just not possible as it's in a contract so you should just take your 4 weeks entitled holidays and they can't do a thing to you or the footballers I guess your talking about

Or move on to another club on slightly less money, a whole lot less pressure and 4 weeks holiday , option D.

These guys essentially work as contractors though the difference is that they get paid for the days they don't work. There is nothing in there contract that states how many holidays they receive per year so it is therefore down to there manager. I don't think they can complain either when there average working week is prob 25 hrs per week

Benny I'm certainly no professional player or agent, but if my holidays weren't written into my contract with my hours I wouldn't be signing it, I think this is one of they things that has more hope than reality
