Anyone else with absolutely no confidence in the new manager?

Right now I have absolutely no confidence in King and Co and have question marks against the manager but that will all change dramatically if I see six or seven quality new players at Rangers in June rather than the absolute dross acquired for peanuts by Warburton!

Pedro needs quality players to get us back to our rightful position, he cannot be expected to win the league if all he is able to sign is players like Halliday and Kiernan!

pedro needs get the right players in the door as for king ect in my opinion they have tain us as far as they can as they do not have the finance to take us further forward
Only players capable of improving our team right now in scottish football other than celtic players are cummings rooney jack mclean lindsay patterson but instead we are looking at average players from motherwell hamilton its not good enough and we will get no where with players from those teams

Boring boring boring!

What's the point guys of constantly repeating your negative comments?

Pedro has effectively added some go faster stripes to the mini metro he inherited a couple of months ago. yet you all expect it to be transformed into a BMW

He had only 2 targets for this season

1. Ensure European qualification
2. Assess to squad and decide who stays, who goes and who he'd like to bring in

The appropriate time for you "supporters (Ha) " to take a worthwhile view and bore the rest of us is Christmas. By then we should have added some quality, got up to speed with SPL football and bedded in team and tactics.

Of course in the meantime you could always support another team that can match your unrealistic expectations

I will give Pedro 100% support and the same for anyone else that manages the Rangers but for me King is full of Bullshit and he would be getting the same flack as guys like Ashley etc., if he wasn't a so called Rangers man! let's see if he puts his money where his mouth is in June, otherwise Pedro is on a hiding to nothing and will just be another fall guy for our absentee Landlord!

But TOMUSA you have said the same thing many times.

What you haven't said is how to fix it.

I have not noticed the queue of wealthy individuals offering to take over from DK. No one in their right mind is going to dump their cash into Rangers until Ashey and the other rotten shareholders are out of the picture.

Of course if they were all out, DK would have a free hand to do what he promised to do but until then he is limited.

So, more negative nonsense or do you have a viable alternative based on reality and not expectation or dreams?

Br65 david king is the problem at rangers right now no one is comming near us cause of him he is full of rubbish and the other board members are realising this and contantly having to bail us what happens when these indvidtuals get sick of bailing us out
Garaunteed if contracts for merchandise did get ripd up ect freeing up capital king still wouldn't invest his own money.
if ashley was doing the same rite now at our club he would be getting slated on hear so what's so diffrent from king.

Well Craig you might be right but until someone offers to buy out King and has the money to invest we'll never know.

Only thing for certain is that Dave King was the only one who put his hand in his pocket and took the fight to Ashley, Green and the Easdales in the nick of time before we became extinct

Dave king the only one to put his hand in his pocket?

I seem to recall the 3 Bears put their money in before he did. And it has been found to be a concert party anyway.

What is wrong is supporters calling for a quick fix. That would cost millions and millions, so it's not going to happen. It's a long term strategy that's required. Develope youth. May take 3 or 4 or 5 years. Everyone is looking about stopping Celtic. Why be worried about what Celtic do, its about what Rangers can claw back over the next 5 years. Celtic too good and will get better, either invest in youth and build something now or for ever be in the shadow of Celtic.

Rangers have no chance of getting into the europa league proper

what you are failing to understand is that until they vote through the resolution that entitles them to turn there loans in to shares you will not get the perceived level of investment we all would want to see. PLus we ave to live within our means and be patient, it takes longer the 18mths to sort 10 years of financial neglect. if the resolution is passed this time at the AGM where we can offer shares to any outside investor without them being offered to existing shareholders first then King will not or any other investor openly state how much they have put in or how much money is available. Ever club would then put the price up when we go calling. Give Pedro a chance and back him and the club

12.) 17 May 2017
17 May 2017 22:06:39
Think you have forgotten that King is under obligation to offer all shareholders 20p for each share. Until that happens then no one is going to invest

A manager who knows what players he has should play to what we have, what murty did and that's the best we have played this season, instead of playing a different way with players that can't mean records are getting broke as for pc tactics can anyone tell me what they are TOTAL SHAMBLES

14.) 17 May 2017
17 May 2017 22:18:58
@geo33 - what do you expect the manager to do with the Tom Kite at his disposal that we have slated all season?
Can I ask you how long you will give the next manager if you already want rid of Pedro.
Too many on here have unrealistic expectations that can only be achieved by major investment which isn't forthcoming. There is no quick fix on the horizon.
He's already introduced some youth players - let's see who he can punt and who he can bring in, along with a decent preseason and then judge him. Otherwise we are going to end up going round in circles.

No doubt in my mind were going backwards under Pedro. when the Breadman left we were only one point behind aberdeen a good manager gets the best out of his players and its not happened so far
