Dave King says all season ticket money will be used on the playing squad. so am I right in saying then that once again no money seems to be actually coming from him and the fact of the matter is, it's the fans having to dig deep buying season books to fund the club.! When, (if ever) is he going to dip his hand in his own pocket!? I'll stand corrected if I'm wrong.!

Our aim all along has been to get the club to be self sufficient, nothing more nothing less. I don't want an owner giving us money and then one day they are gone and we are back to square one.

Ok tell u what. Give the guy a break. Look at the German business model where fans and sponsors fund the clubs and note that's why the retail deal is so damaging to us. King's the Chairman, not the sole owner of Rangers and most shareholders don't buy shares to lose money. I know he said certain things in the past but maybe he got a bit carried away in the euphoria of the moment and didn't know the full extent of the ridiculous contracts signed by the previous board. Who knows? He lost a lot of money first time around investing under Murray. Most of us fans didn't.

Well if season ticket cash is going on players. Where is the cash coming from for daily running costs? Could it be dave king and the boards pockets? Something to ponder lee mcf.
