We don't have a fullback who can consistently do the basics of defending. Eg stop crosses coming over. Fair play to LW for sticking with us but captain? Did he even speak last night? Bit different from watching John Greig in action. Dalcio -at best average and Candeias - more involved than McKay but not convincing penetration wise. Murty showed the manager how to play against celtic but he ignores it and what happens. Hate to say it but he is beginning to look like an arrogant fool. Wtf is going on?

Not taking away from the fact that this is the worst result in history, we still must keep the faith and wait for the team to gel. I don't feel that the message is being conveyed clearly from the management team to the playing staff. Their seems to be a lot of waffle with very little substance coming Caixinha very similar to the way Warburton used to be. It's very hard to understand what he's on about!

We have four groups of players there now. Scottish and English - Portuguese and Mexican. Due to the language barrier, these both groups of players (language wise) cannot communicate on the field of play (like Miller mentioned last week) . This means that the management team must have to perform two team talks, with the full playing staff not able to cross examine or discuss between them. It's like throwing out two teams in one and expecting them to know how to play with each other intuitively.

Lines of passing seem to be unset and random. This dependancy on full backs does not work for Rangers - this should be abandoned straight away, letting the defence do its job of defending only, midfield holding and pushing forward and going back to playing two strikers. Start with the basics, leave this methodology rubbish out of it until we start putting together wins.

We must improve, we will improve. Dorran's could be exactly what we need to link midfield and attack. Cadoso seems accomplished and comfortable on the ball. Candeias looks to be pacy but is being undermined by Tavernier bombing forward all the time, same goes for Dalcio (who doesn't look very accomplished at all - I'd be holding onto MacKay) with Wallace. Reducing wingers to holding midfielders.

Maybe it's for the best because we were onto some spankings in Europa. Walk before you run. We'll get stronger, we'll gel. Keep the faith.
