rsngers should send the fine to the morons that threw the paper. whither its paper or not. everyone was warned before the game started. there is no need for it.

Don't understand how people can Diagree with this.
£6,000 for throwing some paper ball's on the pitch?!
UEFA are a farce, next we will get fined for leaving your seat during the game.

Leaving your seat doesn't mean the game has to be stopped. The fine is for the fact the crowd caused the ref to stop the game not because Uefa believe paper balls are dangerous.

The point is simple - it is not acceptable or permissible to throw anything onto the pitch. A potentially more dangerous object, a dart for example could be hurled under the camouflage of harmless paper. Presumably the irresponsible culprits will have a whip round to reimburse the club. Or do they think we have money to piss up the wall. 1 weeks wages for a good squad player.
