After listening to Pedro at his press conference yesterday i'am now convinced his time is up, anyone who has been in management within any walk of life knows that consistency in the message you give/ send out to your players is vital, mixed and confused messages leads to total confusion and lack of confidence in your manager, Pedro time and again talks utter nonsense, one dsy he blames himself for the debacle on Sundsy 24hrs later it is totaly the players fault! CONFUSED and MIXED messages. I have no doubt Pedro is a good and honourable man but it is time for him to go.
In my opinion the man to replace him has and still is so obvious it is scary, McInnes has everything we need as a club to move forward, he is a Rangers man, he knows Scottish football, has had a good track record, knows how to deal with the Scottish press, McInnes showed in their exit to Motherwell that he knows how to admit he got it wrong and knows how to put it right, they got "battered" like we did and then 4 days later returned to Fir Park with a changed team ready for a battle and came away 1.0 winners, unfortunately as Sunday proved our league has and always will require you to battle against some hammer throwers and with the lack of good referees in our game you have to at times play them at their own game to WIN which is sad but true.
I guarantee you that if we were playing Motherwell tomorrow night Pedro would play the same 11 which no doubt would lead to the same result.
It is now time for the board to show us all if they actually have the ability and ambition to change NOW, yes it will cost us money but if this man remains much longer it will cost us a lot more than money.
Come on Dave you and the board got us into this mess it is now time to get us out of it.

Good point about MacInnes completely changing his tactics after Motherwell battered them. As for Dave King, I wouldn't count on him helping the situation which is galling as he and the board have spent OUR season ticket money on a complete dud of a manager and the generally second rate players he has signed.

Caxinha can't win three games in a row in Scotland and apparently couldn't manage the feat in Qatar either, a country more interested in funding terrorism than in football. To be perfectly honest I would have preferred we went for Steve Clarke than Caxinha. I would rather have Steve Robinson or Jack Ross by a country mile. In fact, I would rather have just about any manager.

72 coop I know your not the only one on the site that would like Pedro to go, so for interest sake from all who want rid, how many managers a season would you be willing to sack, what if the next guy say next week comes in and in about 3 games has not won one a game do we horse him and get another and another till we get it correct, where do we stop, we played ok against St Johnston there is a gradual improvement, I think we will get second in the league which again would be progress, be patient there is no use sacking the manager, at least give him a season and get off his back, your moaning like others just makes you sound like a glory hunter and not a true supporter who in dire times gets behind the team

How does wanting the manager to go mean your not a true supporter or a glory hunter? People are entitled to their opinion and because it’s different to yours they aren’t supporters? Facts don’t lie about him, he has lost 3 games to them without any fight, under him we have had our worst result in Europe, he can’t string 3 wins together in a poor league and has a habit of losing big games. Please try and disagree with any of what I’ve said or I am just another non supporter?

All, this clamour for McInnes. What has he won in order to merit him the job? Simple answer is nothing.
