I had originally thought that McInnes should be the next manager but I have a think about this.

Take this Michel Preud'Homme as manager and Graeme Murty as his No.2 with a view to him taking over a few years down the line.

Any thought's guys.

Nurturing does a great job, and beyond anything expected of him. He would not have applied for the job though, he is a modest coach happy in his present role.

Nah mate. I've got loads of respect for Murty but for me i think its got to be a Brittish type manager. nothing against the Belgium guy as i don't know anything abt him but we’d be mad to go for another foreigner

Murty is only interested in the youngsters and coaching them.
