I feel at this moment in time we need to play it safe with a manager and by that I mean, a manager that has proven himself in the spl and that has to be DM. Yes there are better managers out there, and yes they may have better contacts for players, but 3 players we need are already in the spl, walker, mclean and moult. DM has enough star power to bring them. Having experience in the english leagues doesn't mean they can handle the spl. The goldfish bowl of glasgow is not something everyone can adjust to.
We all want to be winning the league and winning cups. But at the moment I don't think we need a manager coming in with ANOTHER football philosophy that the clubs needs to learn and play by. We need a manager that just does his job.
So for me it has to be DM.

We didn't play it safe with the Warbs appointment, unproven new manager, that didn't go well. We didn't play it safe with the Pedro appointment, unproven manager, that really didn't go well.

Get knocked down try again why just go for avage joe in McGinnis because it's safe when really there is every chance he could turn Out to be a bad appointment to. you never know in football but I would just like to see us be more ambitious than him and go for a bigger name who has experience at at a higher level if it fails least we have showed some ambition.
