Getting fed up waiting on the board appointing a new manager. 5 weeks without a manager now is a complete and utter joke. Barry Ferguson coming out in the press and saying that the fans deserve to know what's going on behind the scenes.

Barry should pipe down.

The board are waiting on the AGM to pass Resolution 11, you know, to stop us going back into yet another financial meltdown. Mind that thing that happened to us about 5 years ago now.

Yes it's frustrating but at the end of the day we can't be spending anymore money we don't have, especially for the sake of a few extra weeks.

Can the board not at least tell us roughly what they are up?

When can we roughly expect a new boss? Before AGM? After?

I thought they promised transparency.

Can they actually act on a share issue if res 11 is passed due to awaiting result of TAB court case and not having a nomad or even being listed on AIM? Have asked before but no one seems to know a dedinate answer!

i believe they can still trade shares, in fact shares have changed hands since eg fat mans shares. they can also if resol 11 is passed create as many shares as they want. problem might be who would buy shares since they aren't listed in any exchange
