I know it's the done thing this weekend to blame Bruno Alves for the whole teams guff performance, but let's talk about that second goal vs St Johnstone.

Tavs needs to be closing down the man on the wing, he already gave him way to much space before he got the ball, then when he got the ball, Tav decided to give him yard and however much time he likes to decide what he wanted to do with the ball.

Anyways, he whips the ball in so it's a fairly simple ball in, should be dealt with. Wilson has nae clue where his man is and hence why he doesn't even jump for the ball. Hee haw to do with Alves, neither was any of the other goals. Still doesn't excuse what he did with the ball when in possession. Just saying defensively Wilson was caught sleeping.

Agree bearmode. Wilson didn't have a clue where his man was. I feel some of our support pick a player out and blame him for everything that goes wrong. Pena got it large now he's not playing Alves is copping it. One player doesn't win or lose you games. I agree Alves isn't playing well but he wasn't alone out there on Saturday.

I agree Bear, i'm a Tav fan but he's got to b closer to the guy ctossong the ball. the biggest percentage of goals come from crosses so you’ve got to be doing everything to prevent them (wilson didn't cover himself in glory either)
