Lots of fans pushing the panic button. The past 6 years we have had squads filled with average players this is no different. We need to bring through the youth. What better way than to promote the u20 manager who has worked with the yth team. Develop our own players. Hopefully in Januay we can pick up a couple of players. Promote a few of our own. I would look to offload the deadwood. Rossiter just release him. It must be bad if fans are looking to mike ashley to save them. Give the process time. Give the manager and team your support! As always its your decision if you go to games or buy the merch but through good and bad times I will support my team.

Well said. The signing of John with O'Halloran coming back shows they are already thinking and looking at the squad. Our average age should be around 24-26. Promote and sign potential. Murty needs high end players as backing coaches. It makes sense to see if this window works using the DOF role.
