How long has DOF been in job.
4-5 Months at best.
Do you expect years of neglect and mismanagement to be sorted in that time. DOF job is where you use long term strategies. Put ideas in place.
Hopefully they pay off.
But you want immediate results.
Give him time. This is his first transfer window.

But all he seems to want to do is get unproven kids from down south on loan who can't get games at there clubs we are a big club not a club to develop other teams kids. we need men not boys.

Agree, He's set up a scouting department, ultimately has to be given funds to do his job. Otherwise he's there for show
