Would just like to heap massive praise to our manager graeme murty! He without question has brought back a tremendous team spirit which you can see clearly! The players all seem to know the system and what they are doing! Also impressed with the transfer targets and the signings he's already made! He thinks about the game thoroughly and has tactical nous! Delighted he's our manager and a big well done to him!

Well said Supercoops. I am night and day more positive than coming out of the summer window under Pedro. We need to get behind the guys to the end of the season. We may still lose some games but from what I've seen from GM performances, it won't be through lack of effort and commitment. If you can guarantee these things you have a chance. Give the guy the tools (ie the playets) and he'll do the best job he can. And as somebody else posted - this was achieved without a number of top players (Alves, Dorrans, Jack, Miller, McCrorie)

Isn’t mRk Allen doing the transfers? Think Murty will have some say though with mark rubber stamping them. Great team spirit now il agree

I really do like the way things went in florida including the team bonding which was probably as important if not more, to see windass do snapchat videos with all the players and murty getting a dunking with a bucket, shows we might just be coming together as a team, murphys interview was bang on about getting to know each other although hallidays was funnier think he went to ann summers for his bottom layer, everybody is smiling when was the last time we could see that, as above if we carry on with determination and team work we won't be far off, we will have some sh1t results but it definatley looks night and day compared to the last few seasons

I think we need to see how things progress once the winter break is over before anyone starts heaping praise on Murty or the squad. Have a tough run of fixtures coming up so let’s see how we perform

ok naisy was a cracking player, but that was many years and a couple of injuries ago

he is probably still better than some of our current squad, but I agree we should be going for a younger prospect with more to offer and a possible sell on value ie cummings docherty
