Docherty before Halliday every day of the week.

Obviously we need to give him a chance after coming back, hope he comes good but I can't see it.

Did anybody else think he was absolutely woeful last night?

Agree with you bearmode, the guy is totally woeful, never looked any better than the players he was playing against although some people say he is played out of position

I always try to find a positive from every player that pulls on that Rangers jersey, but Halliday and Kranjcar are such a waste of a wage. Thankfully Kranjcar might be on his way out when the MLS transfer window opens in mid February. Halliday on the other hand, just release him from his contract and do both parties a favour.

In complete agreement with you mate. I thought Halliday was terrible. Infact, I actually forgot he was playing at times. I thought Jason Holt was a stand out in the middle of the park and carried him

Last night was pretty grim to watch but let’s face it. Was practically our 2nd team that was playing on a shocking pitch and we are through to the next round. All that matters lads 👍🏻🇬🇧

Yeah he was pretty poor last night, wasn’t a great game to be fair. Got the job done tho. Think he’s going to be well down the pecking order now! Only he can change that and show us he can play for the jersey

Some of his touches (not all mind u) were decent. U can tell he can still read a game. His legs just don’t have it now.

His first touch was either a bad touch back towards our own goal or a tackle. Horrendous.

How can you watch last nights game and complain about Kranjar and Halliday in the same sentence? Kranjar was involved in all three goals and had some delightful touches, Halliday is shocking he was only involved in give away possession. Kranjar has knackered knees and no pace yet he still created more in 90 minutes that Halliday has in a season.

Bottom line Halliday is awful and shouldn’t have been brought back, Krancjar isn’t the answer in the SPFL, Herrera offers nothing and is a waste of a space on the bench. Bates defends well but distribution is shocking

I thought when I seen Halliday in team last nite that surely this was game for him to show something but no he was just his usual self, Garbage.

I can't understand what manager sees in Halliday. He must show up well in training. Looks knackered gets caught in possession there must be a better player than him in under 19s surely.
