I've read a lot of posts on here with guys wanting a tough manager. The sort of guy who players fear if he looks at them the wrong way. These days are gone the days of teacups flying about dressing rooms are finished. The players hold all the power now. I've just read souness book and even he says he's finished with management because the players hold all the aces. Some of our players should have a word with themselves they are a disgrace to the jersey.

That just isn’t true. Do you honestly think the Man City players have all the power and don’t listen to Guardolia? Say what you like about Lennon but he has had several goes at his players yet then seem to still play for him.

ArthurD I respect your opinion but you can't be happy with our players attitude. Its got to the stage we can't trust them no matter who they are playing. When the new manager comes in for next season then good luck to him cause that MOB will have him under pressure before January.
