Any thoughts on Robbie Neilson as manager. Did a right good job at Hearts he had them flying with pace and aggression.

Hi everyone this is my first post what does everyone think of Derek Adam as new manager. he did well with Ross county and has taken Plymouth from lower end of the league 2 and they are now going for promotion to the championship. he knows the Scottish game and by all accounts a rangers fan. I'm worried we get another foreign manager who doesn't understand the challenges of Scottish football
