I like murty, he has given his all but look how his effect on the team has diminished over his tenure. When he first came in, every single player was fighting for him. He now looks like a broken man.

Why play windass at no 10 when he doesn't get a sniff? I honestly only realised he was playing about 5 minutes before his shot off the post. We have been continuously over run in the middle of the park yet he persists with his 4-2-3-1 formation.

When he first started, he seemed more than willing to shake things up and change formations but we seem to have sucked the life and the spirit out of him.

Any man and his dog, could see we were crying out for an extra holding midfielder to help out the central midfielders.

I like murty, he had a bright future, I hope he still does, and I hope we don't go down the same route and make the same mistakes and appoint another youth coach who isn't strong enough for the position.

Murty is useless he has learned nothing in the last few weeks. Tactically inept no motivational skills he is what he is, an inexperienced youth coach who should never gave been placed in a position he was never going to cope with.
