Please sir Walter. Your club needs you. We need someone who knows the club, fans other teams inside out. We need guidance in these dark times.

Why did we not feed the young guns into the team so many seasons ago.
Why did we as a club spend wasteful money on players and managers when we had a youth policy in our club.
Why do we sell our future young players.
We should have had faith in the youth.
4 years on and we are nowhere near the football club we were.
If we had fielded our youth today am pretty sure there would have been a better fight.
We have to start at the beginning again and look to the youth.
We don't have 100 million to buy success.
We should have done this 4 years ago.
Stop wasting our clubs money and get the kids out of their prams and let's have 11 players on the field who will play for the jersey .
I don't care if we finish in 8th place with the youth.
Better that then spending 8 million on dross and finishing 4th.
We have a academy of talent and now it's about time we started to feed them into the first team.
If we do get SG as manager then I hope he sees that youth and believing in them is the only why forward for our club.
What do we have to lose.
Nothing.
Stop wasting money and start looking for what we as a club have always had lurking in the backroom.
Time we unlocked that door and let them out.
