If Steven Gerard takes the Liverpool assistant job (not sure if he will or not) I think we’d be best looking at Duncan Ferguson as First Team Coach. He appears to have done so pretty solid ground work at Everton and appears in very high regard. I also don’t think he’ll accept second place or less than 100% commitment / effort!
