Can I ask why people are getting excited about getting a u 18 manager from another club when our u 20 manager didn't work. If it works and I have to eat my words then great but I think we need a manager that has some experience. This is not a good time for an experiment.

Because one is a born winner and known worldwide and will command respect, attract sponsors and investment. The other is a loser, unknown worldwide and clearly didn’t command any respect. Simple really. And at this point we can’t get any worse so there’s no much to lose.

blublaze graeme murty was not up to the job he was asked to do it he could have said no! after the cup game he said . i felt like quitting . this is something you don't say at that level, for the simple reason, if it happens again you have to quit or will be replaced . rangers didn't kill him he committed professional suicide

Because Steven Gerrard was brought up in a working class family in Liverpool, he joined the club aged 12 and he has worked hard throughout his career to get where he is now, he has served his one and only club with distinction, determination and guts through thick and thin, he didn't desert them when the offers of mega money was on offer, the guy is a born winner who knows that you have to work hard and sweat blood to succeed, if he can bring some of that mentality to Rangers we could be on a winner hopefully
