Really hope Gerard continues to sign physically imposing figures whom are good athletes but more importantly good players! Felt last season we were far to lightweight and rudderless at times. played with 2 wingers last season and our strikers were not any taller than 5 foot 9 hence not many headers scored from crosses.

Agree lads go back to our last treble 02-03, we had gifted players then who could win games but O'Neil at them brought in big hardened lads and the next season they wiped the floor with us, then McLeish obviously realised this and signed Boumsong, Prso, Andrews etc. We were far too weak and lightweight through our spine last season and very happy Gerrard has identified this and is bringing big solid no nonsense footballers in. As for Mulumbu he certainly looked the part for Killie last season and for low wages and no transfer fee he would be a good signing however I've read that a couple of English PL clubs have looked at him as well. If Holt and Halliday do leave then I can think of a lot worse lads we can bring in, but the signs are good going forward.

We need better than Malumbu if we're going to have a tilt at the league title and a chance of Europa group stages. Stands out at Killie next to pretty ordinary players well drilled by a wily manager.

Our wingers would have to deliver a decent cross for strikers in the first place. Our delivery into the box from all scenarios is so poor its unbelievable. Sean Goss was the only player to come close to Rangers standard on delivery.

All current established SPL players are utter utter utter MINCE. The fact we have not been in any tournament tells the story. However I believe we have a handful of youngsters that are coming through that will establish themselves as Gers and full scottish Internationalists.

I don't think we will make the next Euro cup but I think we will be at the next world cup with half the team being Rangers.
