Why don't we bid £1m or so for Ross McCormack and offer him about £20k per week? . Villa desperate to offload him as he's on £40k a week and they are being pressured by the bank. Good business and straight into the first team. He must be up for a move like that to get playing again.

If we offered him 20k a week he'd want a 3 year contract. Otherwise it's not worth his while leaving a 40k a week deal. He'll be 32 in 3 weeks and has had his attitude critised everywhere he's been. No thanks
