It really is unbelievable all the rumours about a new striker (which we definitely need) yet we let young Hardie go on loan to Livingston. I know I've ranted on about Hardie for ages but for goodness sake how can we know if he can cut it in the first team if we don't give him a chance. At least he would have been another option alongside Morelos and Sadiq. I also agree with London Jock about the crazy transfer market in England. How Waghorn can be worth £5 million beats me!

He must not be cutting it in training because he's not had a sniff under 4 managers?

I don't know what 'not cutting it in training' means but he has scored goals for the teams who he has been on loan with before and for Scotland under 21s. Training means nothing unless you can cut it on the park in a match.

Or they 4 managers are not up to the job, just a thought.

Previous managers have worked closely with the lad and not believed that he is good enough.
Those managers were more qualified to judge wether or not the boy has what it takes than you or I.

i agree doiger

since when did murty and caixinha prove they can spot a player?

hardie ain’t had a proper chance unlike other players yet still scored plenty every time he goes out on loan

the lads tall quick and scores all types of goals, he’s been at club since he was 14/ 15 - i hope gerrard gives him a run

our record of letting players go who go on to do well for other clubs ain’t great.

Hardie has played 7 games in spfl and scored 0 he’s also never hit double figures playing in Scottish championship either but yet some of use think he’s good enough to merit game time for us haha.

Also he’s only scored once for Scotland under 21s.
