Ps. Halliday was excellent tonight. We all know he's a player that's not at the same level as others in the team, but tell you what, tonight showed exactly why Gerrard has kept him at the club - attitude and determination. Didn't go without some mistakes but every single player had at least one mistake during that game bar Shagger. 👏🏼👏🏼.

Not a Halliday fan and don’t think he is the answer but he did well last night and can’t be faulted.

I'm not a huge Halliday fan either and agree he is not the answer, that is why there are two far better players in front of him.

That being said, credit where credit is due, he played very well.
