Just looking there are some potentially good free transfers available. Starting with left mids such as Bakary Sako (left winger), Dzsudzsak gem of a left foot.

Centre half Wollschied, James Collins, Bassong.

I would love a cheeky loan deal for Steven Davis I think he would be the player with the killer pass we need and for some reason hasn't featured for saints as yet.
What do people think.

Said that last week cam 15 disagrees mate I'm with u think would be a good signing has a good understanding with big laff as shown at international level. He was also one of southhamptons best midfielders last season.

My source told me weeks ago Steven Davis was offered but Stevie G wants young hungry players. Davis is 32 and while he would be terrific imo the boss has said no thanks.

I read that sako was linked with a prem team but wanted massive wages so fell through plus he doesn't strike me as being interested in trying too hard. Collins wouldn't be the worst shout but bassong always struck me as having an error in him. As much as i rate Davis as a player I don't think he's what we need if we only have room for another couple.
