If Wallace and miller are Innocent then it must be murtys fault so why not discipline him as well papers are making rangers look as if they could no run a raffle.

Doesn't mean they've done nothing wrong. It means that whoever handled the disciplinary process didn't do it correctly and breached employment law.

Or they did do something wrong and the procedure was flawed. Or they didn’t do anything wrong and Rangers were wrong. Or they did do something wrong and the panel were wrong.

Point is, who knows.
