Honestly some of the guff on twitter by 'reputable' people saying the reason the gers dons game is early is because of the trouble that would happen if they were the late kickoff as they claim gers and dons fans will cause the police all the problems. Or maybe if they put a sensible head on and realise that its a sunday and that many many dons fans will be traveling down for the game. that if it was 19:45 kickoff with hopefully not, extra time and penalties. then the dons wouldn't have any public transport to get home.
Any excuse some people can find to take a kick at us.
But of course a hearts celtic game never has trouble. It never has fans running onto the pitch and attacking managers. No No they are peaceful games where they all hold hands and join in a good old sing song.

According to the press the sheep won't Be able to get to the game for start time due to public transport times. They have asked Scotrail to put extra trains on, but they have an overtime ban on at the time of the games.

As far as I was led to believe the main reason for the early kick off was because of the sheep fans and their having to travel back up the road late as well as fed up after their pumping. Another reason might be that as Rangers are playing at home the previous Thursday while the mhanks are in Germany, they would give them more time to recover from the travelling after the game (and also because they would have been pumped and need more time to cheer up lol)

1945 kick off - celtic and hearts fans most likely to be steamboats. See how that goes. Flash points will be town and train stations. Fans departing - rangers and Aberdeen with the arrival of hearts fans from Edinburgh.

Only my thoughts, see what happens on the day. On the ccc, hopefully come out the ballot, got my red, white and blue confetti to decorate hamdump.

Haha, 2 factors I hadn’t considered Seeker, imagine the uproar if they had been made the early game and had to travel back late and play first! The point here is that there was no solution to it without someone feeling aggrieved. I don’t see why the midweek card following that weekend couldn’t have been moved to accommodate these games, too sensible I suppose.

you could have used murrayfield both semi finals played at same time. add more excitement to both ties. avoid all the hassle of fans clashing on same day. which will happen, how hard can it be.
