We were absolutely mince on Sunday and not for the first time.
We are an average team at best and had it not been for Shagger this season, we would be out of Europe and further behind the Dhims.

So long as we fill our team with loans and guys that cannot get into their own team we will continue to suffer. Just have a look at some of them.
Worrall, flanagan, Coulibaly, not good enough for their own team.
McAuley nobody wanted? Bambi whatshisname that cannot even get in our reserves. Not to mention the luxury type like Ejaria that only performs when it suits.
We need to develop our own rather than others and Sunday was an example. We had no back up striker on the bench when we have 2 youngsters scoring for fun but cannot get on the bench for a load of loan midfielders?

Slim Jim, you are wrong about McCauley, Huddersfield and another bottom half EPL offered him a years contract. I thought he was doing ok at Rangers going by the posts, obviously you don’t rate him? Which is your entitlement.

Think its time to give at least one of the youngsters a chance.

A blind man can see squad is top heavy with average players. how many midfielders do we have I've lost count. We are screaming out for a player in steve davis mould get rid of the dross, free up wage bill, steve davis, lewis mcloed would be a vast improvement in a blue jersey. get rid of rossitter, coulibaly, ejeria, pena, lafferty, worrel, they offer nothing. if anybody bids 5 million or more for tav sell. we need a good jan transfer window to push on.

Ulsterman, not so much i don't rate McAulay as he has been a good player, but he is now really a back up and when he plays it means we are chopping and changing each time.

What’s the answer Slim Jim? Your points are valid but I think Stevie G. is trying to get decent players in on a shoestring, he needs half decent money for the players he’d like too bring in, sadly at this time it’s not there. In the long term I believe it’ll work out, “ has to “ too keep us all sane, I know an awful lot of Rangers guys over here who are pleased with what he’s done with little money. But you and guys like you in Scotland who see them more than us rural’s have a better idea of what’s required, so I for one am always interested in your after game views.

Ulsterman, like many other bears, i wish i had the answer lol.

That said, i feel SG should have had a far more experienced 2nd than Gary Mac who does not seem to bring anything to the table.

We need to stop the constant changing/ rotation of players. Stevie has played in teams where this happens so natural for him to copy. Problem is that WE do not have enough quality players to get away with it as Liverpool had. Another point is that he "seems" to be a little blinkered with certain players he has brought in on loan.

As far as i am concerned, when you pay a 7 figure sum for players, then they should be starting before a loan player that we are schooling for other teams.

Aye but as soon as the youngsters didn’t start scoring goals you would be on slating them as well.
We are a work in progress. It’s time people realised there isn’t a quick fix to the issues from the last couple of seasons.
