With us now signing Defoe do fellow fans think he could be morelos replacement as there will be a lot of interest in him.
I hope not would like to see morelos and Defoe play together.

That was my initial thought that he might be a replacement for Morelos. Hopefully not and if morelos does go it's in the summer to keep the title challenge going this season.

I think Stevie G will do everything he can to keep Morelos. Remember Defoe has the clause to be recalled at various times so I doubt Gerrard would thanks the gamble of selling Alfie unless we get another striker in.
