How did Davis and Defoe look today?

Davis has not lost his touch, his passing was precise. Defoe will get goals for us. All positive. A wee bit concerning how we conceded goals straight after we scored. In all, a good friendly and a good run out for all our players.

We must remember goalie that first and foremost, it was only a friendly today, which of course allowed gerrard to experiment a bit, with team formation and the players to carry it out! He played ryan kent at the top end of the diamond today and he did well enough! I agree with you goalie, that stevie davis hardly wastes a pass and passed crisply and with precision! He's still a high quality midfielder and will most definitely be a terrific signing for us,2nd time around! A few of us talking at ibrox today, were in total agreement, that our centre half pairing going forward has to be connor goldson and nikola katic! Big katic is absolutely superb in the air! Gerrard has built well and everything is looking good for the future IMO! let's go and bring no.55 league title home!

Was at the game today and we played like it was a friendly we had some good passages of play at times then looked like we had switched off totally at times their players came for a game and we looked in parts like it was just a kick about in training there where some players who looked rusty our final ball in the first half was terrible but it improved slightly in the second half thought Davis and defoe would have got 60-70 mins to get some game time under their belts but full team change at half time thought mccrorrie played well when he came on.

Goalie we played with one fb, Tav out of position again first goal. Robby mccrorie totally at fault for second goal, as long as he learns.
