Hi Guys, don't post much, but, anybody else concerned with this latest Ashley situation and a further court case in April. Our Chairman led us to believe that this twit was history, but obviously not. Just think we could've bought another couple of players with the legal costs alone.

Don't think he ever said 'he was history', King is step by step taking the FatMan out of the equation - unfortunately the Fatman has bottomless pockets as far as legal advice etc is concerned and is not slow to put injunctions inplace when he isn't getting his own way, even if he knows he will be found wrong in the end!

BAR 72 a judge will only issue a injunction if it's warranted. Mr King has broken this injunction, we all want of Ashley. Mr King made a mess of the deal to get rid of Ashley. I've said many times on the financial page we didn't read the small print.
