Bit harsh folks to say Tav should be taken off penalties, he's missed 2 all season. Honestly, a bit of realism needed here.

Just because tav's captain he thinks he should be taking the penalties. He caused us a win tonight. Missing 2 penalties in a week is time to pass that duty onto someone else. i'm starting to believe Tav is to casual now and expects to be playing every week, just because he's captain.
