When we signed borna barisic after playing osiek, i like probably most bears, thought this was going to be a terrific signing. It may still be, but so far i've been underwhelmed by barisic's performances to date! I know the guy has had injuries, but for me he seems to hide a lot when the going gets tough. that's one thing that lee wallace and andy halliday don't do. Barisic should take a leaf out both their books, where heart and giving everything is concerned. Lee wallace for me can leave rangers in the summer with his head held high. He's been a terrific, very loyal servant to glasgow rangers. Just wish barisic had his will and heart!

I agree Coop. I'd start Halliday before Barisic at the moment.

I'll give barsic the benefit of the doubt, he's had injuries, he's in a new country and his form has dipped. I've got no problems with Wallace, his time at the club is just ending that's all. Halliday is a great lad to have in the squad, I don't think he's the answer long term for left back. Hopefully Barsic is.

Against Rangers he was played as an attacking fullback. He was a constant threat to us. He terrorised tavanier . We all know barasics deliveries into the box are superb but unfortunately we have 2 full backs who's defending is not great but superb going forward. I have said since day one we won't get the best out of barisic unless we played 3 at the back. Same with tav who gets criticised regularly for his defending.

If playing our best team Barasic has to start. Halliday provids good cover and option from the bench.

I think his confidence is low, he needs to make thing happen for himself though, he has the quality, just needs to match it with heart and desire and he could be a tremendous player.

Halliday was a standout against Celtic, has been 7/ 10 anytime he's played this season, scored goals, good delivery from open play and set pieces and will run through a brick wall for us. Barasic has been poor, contributed absolutely nothing and just doesn't have the heart by the looks of it. Why are foreign players afforded so much more time to prove themselves than a Scottish player? David Bates was the whipping boy last season, Halliday the season before along with McKay, Wilson and others. These boys get no time, little support and are critised for any poor form in a heartbeat. Barasic cost a lot of money, he's not a young lad - he's been capped for Croatia, he should be hitting the ground running!

Wouldn’t be surprised if Barisic moves on in summer?
