We must do everything we can, to keep our loanee winger ryan kent at rangers, beyond this season. Whether its another season long loan deal or not, we must do it. Obviously like the majority of us bears, i would love to tie him up on a permanent deal, although i do admit, he may be out our price range. Also liverpool rate kent and in all probability, will want to keep him. If its another 1 year loan deal, i'd take that right now, because anything can happen within the year and at least he'd still be with rangers!

We all said the same about kent months ago, infact mark allen came out a couple of months ago and said that he had been in regular contact with liverpool about the possibility of extending kents stay. Better late than never I suppose coop👍.

SCE. I have to agree with you about Kent he’s a good player But he has to stop getting bullied off the ball My Opinion.

kent has played 32 games this season and has 5 goals 4 assists and started every game.
Middleton has played 26 games this season 5 goals 4 assist with his games been a lot of sub appearances.
So my point is why should we pay a lot of money for some one who has the same return of 1 of our own younger players who has played less games and risk stifling Middleton career.
We will also have Murphy and Jones for next season the club should save the money and buy a proper number 10 with the cash that is what we need.

I think we need upgrade on Kent to be honest, we need more of an inside left that can get 10-15 goals, our width should come from our full backs if we are to stick so rigidly with this 4-3-3.

Middleton has good pace and directness and has made an impact in a few games this season but he's too one dimensional at the moment. Too often he just looks to knock it by someone and run but with teams putting so many behind the ball there isn't the space to do that and he's not as effective. Despite having similar stats I feel kent has had a greater impact on matches, although he struggles with consistency as well.

His stats aren't that great. I certainly wouldn't be breaking the bank for him. He's decent in a poor league. I would expect more of a return from a Rangers player on the wing than he has currently now. I would keep him next year if possible 100% but he is 100% replaceable. Jamie Murphy had better stats in 16 games last year in the league. I'm no convinced we will keep him. I expect a lot of change in the final third positions over the summer.

Ryan Kent flatters to decive and is not good enough his stats this season are poor to be truthful.
He has had one outstanding game and then the rest have been ok.

Jamie murphy is a far more complete player than Kent. more of a goal threat, more assists.

I have to say I am and always have been a massive fan of jamie murphy.
I said on here when we signed murphy from brighton, that i was delighted and that he'd be a tremendous signing for us. Jamie murphy is so very direct and very skillful, who chips in with a good few goals, into the bargain.

Can't see what anyone sees in either Murphy or Dorrans tbh. Murphy a left winger with no pace and no left foot and Dorrans a midfielder nthat can't pass two feet in front of him. He can't even master the sideways pass! We need players that are a higher standard or least on a par to those at Celtic. Neither of those two would get in their reserves. But if you fancy a walk down memory lane go and watch last season's old firm games and remember how great they are!
