15k a week wage surely that can not be right.
If he is on that kind of wage i would hate to see what the rest players are on at our club.
Saying that if the lad keeps up his goal to game ratio when he comes to us then it will be money well spent on getting him to the club.

No ones said his wage is going to be 15k a week. There was one report (which probably isn’t even accurate) that said his total package could end up at 15k. That would prob suggest a basic of around 7k, with performance bonus, win bonus, assist bonus and goal bonuses all going on top which could therefore take it up to around 15k. Although as I say that was just one report that stated that figure then all the papers picked up on it and went with it even though it was just a rumour. (as they always do)

15k is a lot for a young guy for us but, is that not just a sign of the times that if you want to secure a good young prospect you have to stump up some cash, if you compete with anyone down south for a signature you will have to be serious about it. I am not saying it is or isn't 15k but I wouldn't be surprised.
